FAQ

Questions about grocery store software

Do I need a special scale to sell by weight?

You need a scale that prints EAN-13 labels. Ariabiz reads that label when it is scanned at the register and has a tab to configure the scale. If you are unsure about your model, message us and we will check it with you.

How does the credit tab work?

You sell using the credit payment method and the debt is recorded on the customer account, like a digital notebook. When they pay, you record the payment and the balance updates. Customer and receivables control is available from the Standard plan.

Can I charge with Yape and Plin?

Yes. At checkout you choose cash, card, transfer, Yape or Plin, or credit, and when you close the day you see how much came in through each method.

Does it track products close to expiry?

Yes. You can flag products close to expiring and sell them at a discount as clearance. It does not do batch tracking: it works per product.

Can I issue SUNAT receipts?

Yes. SUNAT electronic invoicing is included in the Premium plan: you issue receipts from the point of sale and send them by WhatsApp.

Can I bring my products in from Excel?

Yes. You upload your spreadsheet, the system validates the rows before confirming and your catalog is ready without typing product by product. Import is available from the Standard plan.

How much does grocery store software cost?
