1. Who is responsible for your data
Ariabiz ("Ariabiz" or "we") is the controller of the personal data collected through this website (ariabiz.com), as defined by Peru's Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection and its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS.

2. What personal data we collect
We only collect the data you give us and a few technical details needed to keep the site working securely:
- Contact form data: name, business name, industry, plan of interest (optional), mobile or WhatsApp number, email, city (optional) and the message you write.
- Data you send us by WhatsApp, email or phone when you choose to contact us that way.
- Technical data: IP address, date and time of the visit and browser type, processed for security and to prevent automated spam.
- Site usage data, only if you accept analytics cookies: pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, approximate location and how you reached the site, through Google Analytics.
We do not ask for sensitive data (for example health, religion, political affiliation or racial origin). Please do not include it in your message.
3. What we use your data for
- To answer your enquiry and contact you through the channel you provided (WhatsApp, phone or email).
- To handle your free trial request, advise you on plans and help you with the initial Ariabiz setup.
- To send you commercial information about Ariabiz that may interest you, unless you have withdrawn your consent.
- To measure how the site is used and improve it, through Google Analytics statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- To protect the site against abuse, spam and unauthorized access.
- To comply with legal obligations when a law or a competent authority requires it.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use it for other purposes without asking for your authorization first.
4. Legal basis and consent
We process your data with your free, prior, express, unequivocal and informed consent, in accordance with Law No. 29733 and its Regulations. You give it when you submit the form or contact us voluntarily, after being informed through this policy.
For analytics cookies we ask for your consent separately, through the cookie notice on the site. You can accept or reject them, and the site works the same either way.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the privacy email listed at the top of this page. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
5. Who we share your data with
To run this site we rely on providers that process data on our behalf and only for the service they provide:
- Web3Forms: receives the form data and forwards it to us by email.
- hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.): verification to tell people from robots when you submit the form.
- Google (Gmail): receiving and managing the Ariabiz email.
- Google (Google Analytics): site usage statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Meta (WhatsApp): if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, the conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers where the site is hosted.
We will only share data with public authorities when the law requires it. Otherwise we do not hand it over to third parties.
6. International data transfers
Some of the providers above may store or process data on servers located outside Peru, for example in the United States. By sending us your data you consent to this transfer. We choose providers that apply appropriate security measures and we process the data only for the purposes described in this policy.
8. How long we keep your data
We keep your data for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, or until you withdraw your consent or request deletion, whichever comes first. We then delete or anonymize it, unless a law requires us to keep it longer.
Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for the period we configure, which does not exceed 14 months.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to information and the use of providers with recognized security practices. No system is completely infallible, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
As a data subject you can exercise the following rights at any time:
- Information: know how and why we process your data.
- Access: learn which of your data we hold and obtain a copy.
- Rectification: update or correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your data.
- Objection: object to processing for a specific purpose.
- Withdrawal: withdraw the consent you gave us.
To exercise them, write to the privacy email listed at the top of this page with your full name, a copy of your ID document and a description of your request. If you act through a representative, attach the document proving the representation.
We will reply within the legal deadlines: 8 business days for the right of information, 20 business days for access and 10 business days for rectification, deletion and objection, counted from receipt of your complete request. These deadlines may be extended once in the cases the law allows.
If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you may file a complaint with Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection, part of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
11. Minors
Ariabiz is aimed at adults who run a business. We do not intentionally collect data from people under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us data, write to us so we can delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or to the regulations. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date. We recommend checking it from time to time.
