Ariabiz is a cloud management system for restaurants, grocery stores and hardware stores in Peru. These terms govern the use of the ariabiz.com website and the free trial. Use of the system once hired is also governed by the conditions you accept when you hire a plan.
2. Acceptance
By browsing the site, submitting a form or requesting a trial, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
3. The service and the free trial
You can request a 30-day free trial through the contact form, WhatsApp or email. Our team activates the trial and helps you with the initial setup.
The trial does not require a credit card and does not generate automatic charges. When it ends, you can decide whether to hire a plan.
4. Plans and prices
The plans and prices published on the site are for reference and may change. The applicable price is the one confirmed in writing when you hire. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions are detailed in the proposal or contract you accept when you hire a plan.
5. Permitted use
You agree to use the site lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you must not:
- Submit false or offensive information, or information that infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, or interfere with the operation of the site.
- Use automated means to mass-submit forms or scrape content.
6. Intellectual property
The Ariabiz brand, logo, texts, design and site software belong to Ariabiz or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or use them commercially without written authorization.
7. Information and availability
We do our best to keep the site available and the information up to date, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or uninterrupted. Screenshots and examples on the site are illustrative.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ariabiz is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or the inability to use it. This does not limit the rights the law grants to consumers.

We process your personal data as explained in the Privacy policy and use cookies according to the Cookie policy.
